Lack of pocket an oversight.

I received my Kensington weekend bag promptly direct from the company. The bag is very good quality and looks beautiful. My only criticism would be that it has no pockets inside or outside the bag. The photographs and video do not show the full inside so I was still hoping a pocket may be a feature of the bag. A little disappointing for a bag of this size.

Perfect!

Very happy with my recent purchase! Product arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged. Can’t wait to use my bag, it’s perfect.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Expensive candles that don’t burn. Contacted customer services with photos and this is the reply:
Hi Christine,
Thank you for getting in contact with us.
We are sorry to see that your candle is not working correctly.
Please ensure that you are trimming the wick after/before you use the candle.
Kind Regards
I can’t trim the wick it is tiny, which you can see in the pictures. No offer of a replacement, or suggestion as to why this has happened.

Ordered from Katie loxton several times. I'm so pleased, honestly the best service and products I've ever experienced.
Emails replied to, phone calls answered when I made a mistake ordering, nothing but helpful and the products are 10/10, beautiful and great quality ! Well done and keep it up, I'm so impressed ????

Gorgeous and High Quality

Today I have received my beautiful personalised note book from Katie Loxton - I am over the moon with the product and service I have received the note pad is high quality and looks stunning - it arrived in gorgeous packaging with a complimentary Katie Loxton bag. I will most definitely be returning to Katie Loxton for future purchases ❤️

Very angry customer !!! …

I placed an order on the 4 January 2021, still no item arrived . Try to call all automated no one answers. Emailed 3 times no one got in touch. I will be heading to trading standards soon if I do not get a response .

Delighted with my purse!

Ordered a small purse in the sale really reasonable prices and had it engraved it's gorgeous! Really good quality and the packaging was adorable very pink ????. This also arrived next day and I hadn't paid for next day so was chuffed! Hadn't heard of this company before so it was a great find and will order more from them. Well done Katie Loxton!

Rubbish customer service

I ordered a bag for my daughter and paid for personalisation. It came without the initials (I only ordered because of the option to personalise). I have sent several emails but they are saying that this item is now out of stock. I offered to send the tag back to be monogrammed but they replied saying that this was not available!! It is still an option on their website! Shockingly bad service at a premium price! Will never use them again and would not recommend.

They have sent personalised pouch wrong name ! No reply to the six emails I have sent and cannot get through on the phone. I have never received such an awful service and also still awaiting an order. Which is such a worry.

Don't bother they won't answer emails and paypal now investigating, still waiting and just want a refund, I think this is a false shop

Product never arrived

I ordered a gift for a friend and after 2 weeks of no communication from the company I asked where it was. They said it was in the ‘picking stage’ and that covid caused the delay. I then got back in touch after they told me it would still arrive as I needed to know when it would be there, and they informed me that the product wasn’t in stock so wouldn't be arriving. It’s ridiculous they only told me this because I had to ask, and their communication on the whole was just awful. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Not impressed AT ALL!

Ordered a week ago with a shipping estimate of 3-5 days! Emailed to enquire as to where the order was and lo and behold, I finally got a despatch e-mail the following day? I'd paid extra for personalised bags for friends as I was planning to pass in person but obviously hadn't received, not willing to post so no use! Received the usual 'Covid' excuse as the delay! That's fine but put that as a caveat on ordering not an excuse when not received! A company of this scale surely has the capacity to inform people of such delay! Customer service seem to not digest what you're saying, absolutely abysmal!
Will never order from them again!
